Wondrwall Wins Prestigious European PropTech Award
Wondrwall is delighted to announce that we have placed first in the European PropTech StartUp and ScaleUp Awards 2020. The awards were fully supported and promoted by the European Commission, the President of the European Parliament, the President of the European Committee of the Regions, the Vice-President of the European Economic and Social Committee and several members from the European Parliament. We would like to thank Propel by MIPIM for hosting the finals, and to the Advanced Jury Members for their support: Immobel, Allianz, Proximus and ISS A/S.
One of the greatest threats facing humanity is climate change. Wondrwall is dedicated to changing the way we live and how we use energy to mitigate the impact we have on our environment. Our vision is to make every home in the world ecologically sustainable, using technology and renewable energy to create ultra-efficient net-zero homes to power a brighter future.
Wondrwall technology creates a multi-sensory network throughout the home, which monitors occupancy patterns and the home’s environmental performance, and we then apply data analysis and machine learning to give homes the intelligence to control highly-efficient underfloor heating, infrared panels and solar PV and energy storage. Creating intelligent carbon net-zero homes without the need for highly invasive fabric modifications and significant alterations in lifestyle.
A particular area of focus at Wondrwall is ensuring our technology is accessible to all and we are developing funding models which will enable affordable housing providers throughout Europe to deploy Wondrwall technology on a cost-neutral basis by repurposing the energy savings the Wondrwall solution creates.
We are honoured to accept this prestigious award.
