Wondrwall Group Completes Double Acquisition
The European PropTech Award-Winner Wondrwall Ltd has completed the acquisition of Durham-based, Cleaner Air Solutions UK Ltd and its sister company Solar Monitoring & Maintenance Ltd. A move which brings two of Europe’s largest and most experienced renewable technology companies formally within the Wondrwall Group.

Since the launch of Wondrwall Energy, Cleaner Air Solutions has been one of Wondrwall’s most trusted installation partners and we’re delighted to announce that we will be bringing not one, but two of their businesses into the Group. These businesses are capable of delivering large-scale solar PV and renewables projects valued in excess of £80 million. As part of our strategic growth plan, this double acquisition places the rapidly expanding Wondrwall Group at the leading edge of UK organisations pushing towards net-zero buildings”.
Cleaner Air Solutions was established in 2008 to provide a bespoke service encompassing all technologies that resulted in “Cleaner Air” through their application and use. As one of the first organisations to receive UKMCS accreditation, Cleaner Air Solutions has established itself as one of the nation’s leading specifiers and installers of commercial and domestic Solar PV solutions. Solar Maintenance & Monitoring was founded by the Cleaner Air management team four years later with the sole aim of providing remote monitoring and maintenance of solar PV installations throughout the UK.

Moving forward, both businesses will continue to operate from their Bowden Court, Durham address will be integrated into the Wondrwall Group structure. Cleaner Air Solutions and Solar Monitoring & Maintenance will commence trading as Wondrwall | Renewable Energy Solutions and Wondrwall | Maintenance & Monitoring with immediate effect.
